Special Reminders and Instructions:
After a successful registration, due to the system setup, the Google Forms system will automatically send you an email recording your successful registration, regardless of whether your information is filled out correctly or if you completed the form.
However, this email is NOT the confirmation email required for picking up your shirt!!
Afterwards, our staff will manually review your information from the backend to verify if it is filled out correctly and if there are duplicate submissions.
Students whose information is verified as correct and who submitted the form while their shirt size was still available will receive a unified pick-up notification email sent by the university after the first wave of forms closes.
This is the email you must show when picking up your shirt.Because the review process is done manually, it will take a little longer.
Please be patient, but rest assured that the confirmation will be completed before the second wave of forms opens.
If, during the first day of registration, the size section displayed "This question is no longer accepting responses", it means that at the moment you registered during the first wave, there were no longer any size quotas available for that category. This also means that even if you submitted the form, you did not successfully register for a size.
Students who filled out the form incorrectly or have been notified that their registration was unsuccessful, please do not be discouraged.
The second wave of form registration will open at the same time next Tuesday.
This will be a new form, and the quotas will be refreshed. You can log in and fill it out using the same Gmail account from your first attempt.
The content, format, and required documents will be the same as those in the first wave of registration.
※ Students who have already received the official successful pick-up notification email from the university during the first wave, please do not register again in the second wave. Please leave the spots for students who have not yet successfully registered. Thank you for your cooperation and mutual support!
※ For those who submit multiple forms, the size selected in the first submission will prevail.
If a specific size quota is full, that option will automatically be hidden; if the total registration quota is full, the form will close automatically.
The second wave of registration will open on Tuesday, August 25th, at 10:00 AM.
